I am a fellowship-trained Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) currently practicing in Texas and Florida with over 10 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. My clients should expect to immediately feel that they have made a partner in their mental fitness journey. I believe that every individual deserves convenient, quality, and affordable mental healthcare and I want you to know that you are not alone. Strengths

Listening, problem-solving, safety planning, crisis resolution, suicidal thoughts, anxious/intrusive thoughts. I also provide genetic testing utilizing GeneSight to assist in medication selection and identification of gene-drug interactions or the MTHFR gene polymorphism.

Ideal clients

I currently serve adult clients in Texas and Florida seeking evaluation and treatment recommendations for all psychiatric conditions. I am not currently accepting patients seeking stimulant medications for ADHD. Initial consultations are 60 minutes and follow up appointments range from 20-30 minutes. I can also provide a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to our sessions, so don't hesitate to let me know if you're interested.
