I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate healthier relationships—with themselves and with others. My approach focuses on helping clients reframe unhelpful thoughts, navigate life’s stressors, and strengthen their capacity for self-care, self-esteem, and self-love. Through this work, my goal is to help you view your life with greater clarity, purpose, and vibrancy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of South Florida. My clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns including addiction, attachment, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, body image issues, postpartum and infertility challenges, gender identity, behavioral concerns, parenting, financial stress, weight management, and career transitions. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling validated, more empowered, self-aware, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we work to uncover the roots of unhelpful patterns, gain clarity around thoughts and emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping—so you can move forward with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, I am very open-minded, non judgmental, warm and solution focused. My strong suit is empathy and I have a passion for people and their circumstances.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My approach to therapy focuses on identifying and addressing unhelpful behaviors, thought patterns, and beliefs that may be hindering personal growth and keeping you feeling "stuck." I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where we work together to clarify goals and create meaningful change. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as other trauma-informed and strengths-based interventions, we will work to process challenges and develop tools for lasting emotional well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our work together, I help clients identify unhelpful or automatic thoughts that may be shaping how they feel and act. Once these patterns are brought into awareness, we can begin to examine and reframe them in a way that is more accurate, balanced, and supportive of your goals.
