About me

I am experienced in working with clients affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, and life-changing situations. While working with me, you'll explore how to change a pattern of thinking and behavior, set boundaries, overcome difficult relationships, work through losses, and build self-esteem. My goal is to be effective in improving your life and helping you become the person you want to be.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We’ll choose an approach that fits you - not a preset formula - and build a plan focused on meaningful, lasting change. If something here resonates, trust that. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and take the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What I love about therapy is helping others work through their life issues so they may live a healthy and happy life. I strongly believe that people can foster their happiness and overcome barriers when they have the tools to be their best.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you’re tired of “coping” and ready for real change, you’re in the right place. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally - overthinking, carrying old experiences, or feeling unsettled by a life shift they didn’t expect. Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and human. This isn’t about endless venting or quick fixes; it’s about understanding what’s actually driving your distress and helping you respond differently, with more clarity and control. I help individuals navigate: Anxiety that feels relentless, exhausting, or quietly controlling your life | Trauma & PTSD that continues to show up long after the event | Life Transitions that leave you questioning who you are or what’s next.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral therapy is a powerful tool we will use in our sessions to help you recognize how your thoughts and feelings can influence your behavior and, as a result, affect your daily life. Together, we'll work on identifying your thinking patterns, and we'll learn how to override them with more realistic and positive thought processes.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT aims to help you understand and accept your difficult feelings, learn skills to manage these feelings, and become able to make positive changes in your life.

Positive Psychology

The goal of positive psychology is to expand and give more balance to the therapeutic process. The idea is not so focused on fixing what is bad in life but rather focusing on what is good—the positives.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious processes that can manifest in present behavior. Its goals are to build self-awareness and understanding of the influence of one's past on present behavior and functioning.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based treatment approach in therapy used with clients affected by traumatic life events. This modality can help you overcome trauma-related difficulties.
