I'm a licensed clinical social worker, EMDR-certified therapist and Usui Reiki Master. I'm licensed to serve clients in both Ohio and Texas with the honor of providing consultation and supervision to other colleagues in my field. I specialize in treating trauma and all of trauma's unhelpful side effects. Chances are, if you have a negative belief about yourself or the world and it's greatly impacting your happiness, there is a wound from your past that needs some care and attention. I use methods beyond traditional talk therapy. If you've found limited symptom relief from talking, I encourage you to consider something new. I use EMDR therapy, expressive arts, IFS methods and body-based practices in my trauma-focused work. Trauma impacts our nervous system, storing itself in our cells. My purpose is to help you release that trauma with safety; to help you rediscover your authenticity and live a life with power over your triggers. And I'll provide you with a bunch of tools to take with you along the way.
