(she/her)
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois with years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
For our first session, we will spend time getting acquainted and begin building a solid, effective therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment for clients and I encourage them to ask questions as they come up throughout the process.
I keep myself well-informed on issues affecting the LGBTQ community. I also work hard at developing and maintaining cultural competence and humility.
I enjoy working with clients at various life stages and have helped clients between 10 and 99 years old. Each client brings their own unique life experience and perspective which helps us work together to find a path forward.
