First session
For our first session, we will spend time getting acquainted and begin building a solid, effective therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment for clients and I encourage them to ask questions as they come up throughout the process.

Ideal clients
I enjoy working with clients at various life stages and have helped clients between 10 and 99 years old. Each client brings their own unique life experience and perspective which helps us work together to find a path forward.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help my clients understand how to make small behavioral changes that can have a big impact on their mental health.
EMDR
EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. This cutting edge therapy uses eye movement to reprocess and desensitize traumatic memories and allow the brain to heal.
Polyvagal Therapy
Polyvagal therapy helps people regulate their emotions via the autonomic nervous system, specifically the vagus nerve.
