Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who helps adults navigate life transitions, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, and seasons of uncertainty. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical—I create a space where you can slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and develop the tools and resilience needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe meaningful change begins within, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Our first session is about getting to know you—not rushing to fix everything at once. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s happening in your life right now, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together. You can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where we begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals while creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.
I believe one of my greatest strengths is meeting clients where they are while creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for honest exploration and reflection. I help clients recognize patterns, better understand their emotional responses, and develop greater awareness of what may be keeping them stuck. My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and gently challenging when needed, with the goal of helping you reconnect with your authentic self, build on your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My ideal client is someone who may appear to have it all together but internally feels overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. You may be navigating a life transition, career or relationship change, grief, stress, burnout, or simply realizing that you’ve outgrown an old version of yourself. I work best with clients who are open to reflection, ready to better understand their emotions and patterns, and willing to take intentional steps toward change. You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going you just have to be ready to begin.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain and explore healthier ways of thinking and responding. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, increase emotional awareness, and make intentional changes that support your overall well-being.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore what they truly want for themselves while working through uncertainty or feeling stuck. Through supportive conversation, we identify your strengths, values, and personal motivation for change without pressure or judgment. My role is to help you build confidence in your ability to make meaningful changes and take intentional steps toward the life you want to create.
I use a supportive approach to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I meet you where you are while offering encouragement, reflection, and practical guidance to help you recognize your strengths and navigate challenges. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported while building the confidence and resilience needed to move forward.
