New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support, while tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. I work collaboratively with clients to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools and insight to move toward healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling lives.
In the first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to counseling. We will review your goals, concerns, and any relevant background information to better understand your needs. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship.
I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence and a strong ability to truly listen and understand each client’s experience. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. I also work collaboratively to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I work best with individuals who are navigating major life transitions and are seeking clarity, direction, and meaningful change. This often includes times such as career shifts, relationship changes, or periods of feeling stuck and uncertain. My approach is collaborative and grounded in providing honest, supportive feedback while helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. I value working with individuals who are open to self-reflection, willing to take ownership of their choices, and ready to actively engage in the process of growth and change.
