Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, complete a biopsychosocial assessment, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in various settings, I have become very flexible at maneuvering through the various treatment modalities to benefit the needs of the client.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy helping children and young adults navigate the world as they are our future. I believe that if we are able to provide early intervention to these young individuals they will have the tools to thrive as adults.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is implemented by exploring and processing how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Being able to identify, address, understand, and process some of our unhealthy thoughts that lead to unwanted feelings/behaviors can provide symptom relief.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma can impact daily functioning on different levels. Processing of various traumas can help gain insight and alleviate symptoms.
