Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 14 years. I have been providing individual psychotherapy and couple therapy to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, emotionally distressed, and marital problems. My approach is genuine, empathetic, and compassionate, I believe in change and second chances, I am a strong believer in recovery, and I practice unconditional positive regard to create a healthy, respectful, and professional therapeutic relationship.

I love working with individuals facing relationships struggles due to lack of communication, lack of problem resolution, infidelity, emotional disconnection, and lack of trust. My clients are eager to improve their relationships. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their relationship.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I have three years of experience utilizing Emotional Focus Therapy to assist couples and individuals with relationship issues to increase communication, emotional connection, intimacy, and acceptance.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have more than fourteen years of experience practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals identify their dysfunctional thinking patter to evaluate the trigger and change their perceptions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have approximately five years of experience applying Solution Focused Brief Therapy model to address immediate problem and seek alternative solutions to the situation in a short period of time.
