New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps teens, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, parenting concerns, OCD, substance use, and career-related stress with clarity and purpose. I have spent time in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health, private organizations, and executive coaching. This range of experiences, along with additional trainings and education, inform my holistic and goal oriented approach to therapy.
I understands that reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps. I works to create a welcoming, supportive experience where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful progress. Initial sessions are collaborative process of information gathering and goal setting.
I offer an individualized, collaborative approach designed to help clients build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My work blends evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection, drawing from approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, trauma-focused care, existential therapy, and coaching.
Clients that I feel I can best support are individuals, couples, and families that are motivated to put in the work necessary to make sustainable change. This, of course, is not an easy process. However, meeting clients "where they are" is something I take pride in. I enjoy utilizing a holistic approach to counseling as we know that mentally and behaviorally, there is no "one size fits all" model for lasting and effective change.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we explore the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and their impact on how we feel as well as useful tips, tricks, and tools to effect change in these areas.
Adlerian
The Adlerian approach initially builds connection between client and therapist, as is common with other therapeutic orientations. From there, we examine areas such as lifestyle and relationships as well as their past experiences in these areas. Following this, the insights gained through the process are used to foster healthier behaviors and community connections.
