I’ll ask questions to understand your goals and what you hope to get from treatment. Together, we’ll create a plan that may include medication options, coping strategies, and supportive therapy to help you manage challenges. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and supported with a clear next step forward.

Bretteney was very attentive, personable, and calm. She provided a nice counterbalance to the turmoil and anxiety I was feeling when I set up this appointment. She sat through my nervous rambles and over explaining and worked with me to created a plan that made sense for my life and concerns. I am feeling very thankful that she is the provider I am embarking on the treatment journey with.
