In the first session, we’ll talk briefly about confidentiality, what it means, and the boundaries that help create a safe and secure space for your journey. We will get to know one another and review your current symptoms, how they impact you, your goals, strengths, and discuss desired outcomes with treatment. We will discuss your history and any factors which may be contributing to your current situation.
