Sendy Paul-Pascal, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in Florida. Receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers Florida and her Master of Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis, graduating Magna Cum Laude. More than eight years in of experience, specifically in Acute Care, Hospice, and mostly in Behavioral Health Care. Treatment approaches focus on educating and empowering clients about their mental health concerns and needs, giving hope with education, as knowledge is power. In turn, the goal is to help clients have a better quality of life to be happy again and thriving. My strengths are being a great listener, being competent in my field, personable, and very compassionate. I have experienced a lot myself. The death of my husband in 2023 turned my life upside down, but resilience is in our DNA is my motto. In my spare time, I enjoy learning new things especially in mental health, singing, dancing, devotion, and I enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery.

After many questions and answers I will advise you if you meet criteria for any mental health disorders and if it requires medication management, and or therapy only. I am positioned to serve all clients 13 years and older. Anxiety and depression are the most common concerns, as we have all experienced either one, but I diagnose and treat all mental health disorders. I treat and diagnose, with the collaboration of the client's information and sometimes with the consult of my collaborating physician if needed. I have a Vast history serving clients in mental health. I am qualified to diagnose and to treat mental health disorders.
Using CBT to help clients understand their limiting beliefs that are not serving them. In turn clients go deeper into what has been discussed in session.
Providing emotional support by being a listening ear. Encouraging clients to continuing on their healing journey. When problems are discussed, clients feel better after. Therapy tools are explained to clients to overcome their emotional hurdles also.
