Our first session together will be a get to know you time. It will be a chance for you to share some thoughts and feelings in a private, confidential space. We can talk about whatever is on your mind and brainstorm goals for treatment.
During our sessions together, I will let you set the pace and find the approach that works best for you. I have a variety of tools to help build coping skills, work through trauma responses, and understand anxiety and depression better. Together, we will grow.
