Franchesca Joubert
I’m a warm, straightforward, and down-to-earth therapist who believes in keeping things real. My approach combines compassion, humor, and honest conversations to help clients see situations more clearly and recognize their own strength. I’m not the therapist who will simply tell you what you want to hear; I’ll help you look at the patterns, relationships, and choices that may be keeping you stuck. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges, or relationship struggles, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be practical, relatable, and focused on helping you move forward—not just talk about the problem, but develop the confidence to do something about it.
First session
My ideal clients are individuals, children, teens, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or behavioral challenges. I work best with clients who want honest feedback, practical solutions, and support in making healthier choices. My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on real-life change.
Strengths
I was drawn to the counseling profession because I have a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges, recognize their worth, and make healthier choices. I believe people sometimes need more than someone to listen; they need honest feedback, a fresh perspective, encouragement, and practical tools to move forward. My approach is compassionate but direct, with a little humor when appropriate. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves while knowing they can expect honesty, support, and accountability. Helping people recognize unhealthy patterns, establish boundaries, build confidence, and discover their own strength is what makes this profession meaningful to me.
