I love being a therapist. While I can serve and help many people with a variety of life’s challenges. I am currently working towards a certification in Sex Therapy. I want to specialize my training to work with LGBQAIP, Trans/GNC/Non-binary/2 spirit communities. I work with individuals. I am Kinky/BDSM/poly friendly. As I personally identify with many of the above-mentioned identities, I can provide therapy and expertise from a lived experience.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will share with clients about me and my background. I am always open to answering questions. We will go over a history of you and why you are coming into therapy. Depending on if we have time to complete the Intake Paperwork, I will discuss some treatment goals that we can work on together. I am very collaborative in working with clients.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a sex therapist, I focus on the physical and emotional experiences the client is having, then identify the client's attitudes about sex and the sexual challenges. From there, I’ll often recommend specific exercises to refocus the clients attention and expectations. Learning to eliminate and relax distractions Learning to communicate what you’d like in a positive way Learning nonsexual touching techniques Increasing or enhancing sexual stimulation Minimizing pain during intercourse In Queer Community, Stigma, in any form, is unacceptable. As an LGBTQIA+ person and therapist, I am committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities, relationship formations, and consensual power exchanges/expressions feel not only safe but are deeply respected.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Please Note: At this time, within Grow, I cannot take couples I tend to work best with clients who come into session with a general sense of what to talk about and can discuss the content in some depth.
