Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I received my Doctorate of Social Work Degree from Walden University and my Masters of Social Work from Ohio State University. I have been practicing for 14 years and have spent many years working with older adults and their families. I specialize in helping older adults navigate and process the stress and challenges that come with transitions in aging.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with individuals 65 and older for approximately 14 years I have developed an efficient and effective process of helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with individuals 65+ who are focused on living their best lives and maintaining their independence in their later years. My clients are eager to improve but need some guidance and support in developing tools to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about different changes that are occurring in their lives.
