New to Grow
Hi, I’m Daisy Rosales, MA, LMFT #101424, a licensed therapist in California with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenging, messy, and meaningful moments. My practice focuses on helping women, young adults, and professionals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and workplace stress. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and move toward healing and growth.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, history, strengths, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and not judged. We’ll also talk about what therapy may look like moving forward and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
I bring warmth, compassion, cultural awareness, and over a decade of experience supporting people through difficult life experiences. My strengths include helping clients feel comfortable, seen, and understood while also gently supporting them in identifying patterns, building confidence, and creating meaningful change. My approach stands out because I am down-to-earth, genuine, and collaborative. I believe therapy does not have to feel overly formal or intimidating—it can be a space where you feel safe to be honest, process hard things, laugh when needed, and reconnect with yourself. I especially value creating a culturally responsive and affirming space where each client’s story, identity, and strengths are honored.
I am best positioned to support women, young adults, and professionals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what comes next. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, workplace stress, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. I especially enjoy working with clients who are open to self-reflection, healing, and learning new ways to care for themselves—even if they are not exactly sure where to start. My work is a good fit for those who want to build confidence, set healthier boundaries, reconnect with their sense of identity and purpose, and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned.
Other specialties
I identify as
Trauma Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed approach by making sure clients feel safe, respected, and supported in therapy. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, and I will not push you to talk about anything before you are ready. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be affecting your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and how you see yourself today. In therapy, we may work on learning coping skills, understanding triggers, setting boundaries, and feeling more grounded and safe. My goal is to help you feel supported as you heal, build strength, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. Together, we look at patterns that may be causing stress, anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck. In therapy, I help clients notice unhelpful thoughts, be kinder to themselves, and practice more balanced ways of thinking. We may also work on coping skills, problem-solving, grounding tools, and small steps clients can use in everyday life. My goal is to make CBT feel helpful, realistic, and easy to use.
