New to Grow
I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can explore your story, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. Whether you’re new to therapy or simply ready for a fresh start, my goal is to support you in building a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
In your first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming conversation focused on understanding your story, goals, and what brought them to therapy. I’ll explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you hope to achieve. I will explain my approach and how we can work together. It’s a collaborative, no-pressure space where you can ask questions, share openly at your own pace, and leave with a clearer sense of direction for therapy.
I help clients by drawing on my strengths of connectedness, relatability, curiosity, strategic thinking, and empowerment. I see how your experiences fit into a bigger picture, build authentic relationships that foster trust, and think deeply to uncover meaningful insights. With a strategic mindset, I help you find clear paths forward, and my strong sense of purpose keeps our work focused on what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll use these strengths to create lasting, values-driven change.
My ideal client is someone who may be new to therapy but feels curious about their inner world. They’re interested in understanding their patterns, exploring how past experiences have shaped them, and taking meaningful steps toward creating the life they deserve. If you’re ready to gain insight, grow in self-awareness, and make intentional changes, I provide a supportive space to help you do just that.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thoughts, understand how those thoughts affect emotions and behavior, and learn practical strategies to make positive changes. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge them with evidence-based tools, and replace them with healthier ways of thinking and responding.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. This approach activates the brain’s natural healing process, allowing you to reprocess past experiences in a way that feels less overwhelming and more manageable. Through guided sets of eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, we work together to release stuck memories, reduce triggers, and create a greater sense of calm and resilience.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build a life guided by their values rather than by fear or avoidance. Together, we practice noticing difficult thoughts and emotions without getting stuck in them, while developing skills to take meaningful action even in the face of discomfort. This approach fosters psychological flexibility—helping you feel more present, grounded, and able to move toward what truly matters to you.
