My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on your unique experiences, values, and goals. I pride myself on tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, using evidence-based methods. As someone who deeply values cultural humility, I am especially passionate about working with diverse populations, including [ e.g., Black women, postpartum mothers, or marginalized communities].
