I have many years of experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families across diverse populations and life experiences. I believe healing begins through connection, understanding, and trust, and I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or seeking personal growth, I will meets you where you are and work collaboratively with you to help you achieve meaningful change.
I enjoy working with teens, women, men, LE, and couples. Kids under the age of 13-14 are usually not a great fit with me via telehealth.
First session
During our first session we will explore why you have decided to start therapy, we will gather some history, and we set a plan in motion to help you obtain your healthiest outcome.

Ideal clients
I have a great deal of experience working with couples, individuals, families, law enforcement, women, men, those who protect and serve our communities as law enforcement and first responders, members of the LBGTQ community, previously incarcerated, adolescents and tweens, co-parenting, those who are exploring divorce and need someone to mediate conflicts. I work with crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
