Hi! I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in Indiana and Kentucky since 2015. I have been in nursing and healthcare for over 28 years. I am comfortable treating children to older adults. I utilize a mind-body and integrative approach to provide a holistic treatment modality utilizing pharmaceutical (medication management) and non-pharmacological including nutrition, supplements and lifestyle adjustments.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will go through a lot of questions about your physical and social history along with the current challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked in healthcare my entire adult career, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I am comfortable and experienced with seeing school age children all the way to older adults. My clients are eager to improve, but don't always have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life.
Jerri Molina offers therapy covered by UnitedHealthcare/Optum - Medicaid in Indiana.
I have always had an interest in mind-body connection and complementary and alternative medicine. Along with prescribing medication, I implement a holistic mind-body approach. Achieving harmony between the brain and body is essential to whole body wellness. A functional medicine approach identifies and treats core imbalances which affect the brain, body, and quality of life.
I offer a patient-centered model and combine conventional medicine and evidence-based pharmaceutical treatments with complementary mind-body medicine, nutritional counseling, and preventative medicine to promote long term wellbeing. I strive to identify and treat the underlying causes and contributors to symptoms of depression, anxiety, brain fog, insomnia, burnout, mood disorders, trauma, and other contemporary health conditions.
