Hello! I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner board certified based in Massachusetts. I graduated with my Masters from Regis College and have been practicing for 4 years. I take pride in helping young adults and older ones with the stressful situations they encounter. I guide them in finding balance, relief, peace of mind and provide them with the tools to navigate through emotional pain, grief brought on by loss and the daily struggles of life.

First session
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions before delving into the specific challenges that you’re facing. Using motivational interviewing technique with open ended questions, offering affirmations, reflective listening and summarizing; this will allow me to understand what is going on with you. This will help me create a person centered treatment plan for us to work through in subsequent follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I used motivational interviewing as a treatment tool to help my patients say in their own words what is going on with them and expand on it. I am direct in my approach, non judgemental, empathetic and a good listener.
Ideal clients
I help young and old adults from age 17 and above struggling with issues like anxiety, panic disorder, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia and ADHD to regain their full functionality. Often times, my patients are dealing with various stresses borne from their past, trauma or their daily life struggles whether it be in their relationships, financially, grief, work related or socially.
