My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for many years. It’s helped many of my patient challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Patricia Garcia has provided the best psychiatric care and medication management I've ever had. My therapist recommended her and I appreciate their communication regarding my care. She was quick to assess and on the first try found the right course of care for me. Highly recommend Patricia Garcia.
