I provide individual and family therapy, specializing in couples therapy, to help mediate some of those very difficult and sometimes painful conversations. I also specialize in therapy for health care workers and first responders who are under a lot of stress and want someone safe to talk with who fully understands health care job demands. Our first session will be information gathering and getting to know each other. Together we will decide a plan forward for therapy sessions. I offer solutions focused weekly sessions at 1 or 2 times per week, evening hours, remotely.

I will help you have those hard conversations and find some balance as we work towards resolutions. During therapy we will review your goals and discuss them each time we meet. This type of method is helpful in addressing problems and working on steps to take to resolve conflicts and move forward. It is time limited and focused on the end goal.
