Hi, I'm Nelly! I love to support my clients as I help them uncover the self-compassion they need to truly heal and grow. My experience extends 12+ years in Tampa Bay and I provide warm and supportive therapeutic environment. As a culturally sensitive therapist I believe in honoring each individual's unique strengths and connections that shape their lives. My approach is client-centered empowering your resilience. I provide therapy in both English/Russian.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is a time to connect and acknowledge the reasons for therapy, what the hope is and planning what the journey in therapy will look like. It is a time to share feelings, ask questions and get a full understanding of the individual therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I meet every individual where they are. I provide unconditional love, compassion, support, understanding, validation, encouragement. My approach is transparent and I partner with my clients in their journey. I think outside the box and create a personalized approach in goals and treatment that respect and celebrate individuality.
