Hello! I am glad you're here :) My name is Stephanie Fox and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist, with a Master's in Education. For 14 years, I worked in the public school system where I found my love of helping people regulate big emotions. Since then, I have specialized in working with all ages concentrating on coping with anxiety, ADHD, and processing trauma. I believe that we are all way more capable than we give ourselves credit for, and that no matter what, things can -and will- get better.
Our first session serves as a meet and greet to get to know each other and identify what's working in life, and where you would like to see growth. My goal is for you to leave our first session motivated, hopeful, and excited for your future.
I am a safe space to process your feelings and a nonjudgemental guide to help navigate the world. I love to be creative and weird, so there is no need to mask - bring your authentic self!
I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy to help you become more in tune - mind, body, and soul. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, and also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am a HUGE Swiftie and fan of any creative arts - and I love to incorporate both into sessions whenever possible.

I like to utilize CBT as the basis of finding where we are, and where we want to arrive in therapy. Challenging and changing our thoughts, feelings and actions, can help change our world.
