Hello! Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I can guide you to manage anxiety and depression. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing your individual needs. We will also find the thoughts that interfere with you being at your best and ways to reframe them. You will find a caring, safe, and confidential space where you can share experiences, thoughts, and feelings at your own pace. You are the expert of you! Allow me to provide the space to become your best version.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be a time for us to know each other a little. It will be a safe, non judgmental environment in which we can share our expectations and hopes for treatment. I will review your intake forms and we will decide if we want to embark on this journey together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Listening compassionately is one of my strengths. There’s no judgment, no questioning. We will explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors openly, and map your path to healing and recovery.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My practice is designed to treat clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, and Grief and in the process, learn and practice healthy coping.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps a person identify how their understanding of life situations is contributing to their experience of depression. Together, we will review reactions, thought patters and errors in thinking or logic that cause you to come to conclusions that are not necessarily true and make you feel uncomfortable.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

My practice uses ACT in combination with CBT to guide the client to accept your situations and negative feelings as a typical part of life.
