I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in North Carolina, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and am registered with the Florida Board to provide out of state telehealth services for Florida residents. I focus my practice on supporting adult women struggling with alcohol use, anxiety, low self-worth, and life transitions.
