Hi there, I'm Chelsie. Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or the weight of past trauma? Are you trying to manage life but find yourself "failing" at these attempts? I can help guide you with learning effective tools to help decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and much more. I focus on using evidence-based approaches and integrated a variety of modalities to tailor treatment plans to each person's unique needs. I truly stand by meeting you where you're at, in every session. I will keep you accountable for all the action steps you're taking and will provide supportive reflection and empathy. Take that brave first step and discover the life-changing power of therapy! I am here for you and ready to work together!
I offer a safe space to share what is on your mind, while also teaching you effective tools/techniques to utilize in your everyday life. These tools are also provided via worksheets, and websites, so you may refer back to them at any time.
I work closely with clients to develop effective coping strategies, cultivate resilience, and reframe negative thought patterns. By utilizing proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, I can equip clients with the tools needed to manage anxious thoughts, reduce stress, and regain control of their lives. I can help clients identify underlying factors contributing to their depression, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and rediscover their passion for life.

I followed Chelsie from another platform prior to Grow. I have been working with her for over a year and she was my last hope before giving up on therapy. She is genuine, honest, and empathetic. She never lets me forget how much I have grown from where we first started. She’s someone that I trust and I don’t trust many people. Choosing her as a provider has been one of the greatest choices I made for my mental/emotional health. She actually cares and she listens to me without judgement.
I have utilized CBT for over 4 years. The process of understanding your thoughts, to then change your actions, which lead to changed behaviors.
