Hi, I’m Chelsie. If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck in old patterns, or just trying to hold life together while secretly wondering why it feels so hard, you’re not alone. Therapy doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. Sometimes it just means you’re ready for things to feel different. I help people untangle anxiety, depression, stress, and past experiences that still show up in the present. Together, we’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools that actually work in real life, not just in theory. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to you, because there’s no one-size-fits-all healing. I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and keep things honest, collaborative, and grounded. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and a little more equipped to handle whatever life throws your way. If you’re ready to start showing up for yourself in a new way, I’d love to work with you.
In our first session, I’ll want to learn more about what’s been weighing on you lately, your stressors, worries, and what led you to reach out for therapy now. I’ll ask some questions about your background so I can better understand your story, and we can start building a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
I work closely with clients to develop effective coping strategies, cultivate resilience, and reframe negative thought patterns. By utilizing proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, I can equip clients with the tools needed to manage anxious thoughts, reduce stress, and regain control of their lives. I can help clients identify underlying factors contributing to their depression, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and rediscover their passion for life.
I especially enjoy supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and the general overwhelm that comes with trying to balance it all.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
For the past six years, I’ve incorporated CBT into my work with clients. This means we’ll explore how your thoughts impact your reactions and behaviors, and work on practical ways to shift patterns that aren’t serving you anymore.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use solution-focused tools to help you build practical, in-the-moment action plans so therapy translates into real-life change.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing to help you clarify your goals, strengthen your motivation, and create change that feels authentic and sustainable.

I followed Chelsie from another platform prior to Grow. I have been working with her for over a year and she was my last hope before giving up on therapy. She is genuine, honest, and empathetic. She never lets me forget how much I have grown from where we first started. She’s someone that I trust and I don’t trust many people. Choosing her as a provider has been one of the greatest choices I made for my mental/emotional health. She actually cares and she listens to me without judgement.
