My name is Courtney Krolikowski. I have been practicing therapy for the past 8 years. I currently hold licenses for practicing in North Carolina, Wisconsin and Illinois. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I currently reside in Wisconsin with my husband, two year old daughter and very energetic husky. I work with issues such as Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Trauma, Personality Disorders, Domestic Violence, Anger Management and more. My treatment approach is very person centered, focused on you, the client, and what you want and are looking for.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

To start off with, sessions are usually scheduled once weekly and they are 60 minutes long. Each session has a “flexible structure” to them that includes 5-15 minutes of check in, 35 minutes of work on symptoms/treatment plan goals, and 5-10 minutes of “debriefing” that includes a recap of the session, any homework assignments and plans for next session. Although there is a structure to my sessions, you can expect flexibility, openness and freedom.
