Your first appointment is all about you. It’s a space to feel heard, supported, and understood. We’ll talk openly about your concerns, explore what matters most to you, and start shaping a personalized plan that fits your needs and goals. This is your space: safe, welcoming, and completely free of judgment.
Ashley believes the best care begins with a strong partnership—one grounded in open communication and mutual respect. She understands that everyone’s journey is unique and that healing isn’t always a straight path. There may be twists, setbacks, and breakthroughs along the way. She’s here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement as you work toward your own version of feeling better.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide care to clients across the lifespan, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions and symptoms for individuals aged 6 and older. I work closely with each patient to assess their unique needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. My approach emphasizes collaboration, understanding, and evidence-based care to help clients of all ages achieve greater emotional well-being and life balance.
Supportive
Supportive therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on strengthening a patient's existing coping mechanisms, offering emotional support, enhancing self-esteem and resilience, and providing practical guidance. It is non-confrontational, patient-centered, and often integrated with other treatment modalities, such as pharmacotherapy.

Ashley is a great listener and easy to speak with. I felt comfortable from the start. I'm lucky to have found a provider that treats me like a person and not another number.
