Hello! I am an APRN specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. I partner with my clients to identify their goals and the symptoms that are holding them back so that we can employ a combination of medication and skill building to help them live their best lives and become their best selves. I am a graduate of the Yale School of Nursing and have been in practice for 5 years, working with a wide array of clients in a variety of settings.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will work on identifying the symptoms you are experiencing that are causing you distress and we will formulate a plan for how we will address these symptoms moving forward, using medication if indicated.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I love working with clients to problem-solve the life dilemmas that are challenging them. I also love helping clients to identify the patterns in their lives that are leading to cycles of distress so we can begin to modify those behaviors and move forward in treatment together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young adults working to establish themselves in life and career, as well as with more established clients trying to balance the demands of work and family life.
