In our first session, we are going to have a real, raw, straightforward conversation on why you need help. We are going to discover your needs and the vision that you have for your life. A vision that is especially curated by you and no one else. Think about how many times you have based your life off of the opinions of others. We are going to begin road-mapping a journey for your personal life.
To me being authentic and being yourself is the greatest asset to bring to the therapy space. As a provider I believe in being honest, straightforward, raw, real, and genuine. I don't believe in sugar-coating. I believe in compassion, nurturing, and authenticity. I meet my clients exactly where they are. I don't demand that my clients show up as someone that they are not. I want you to show up exactly who you are.
I love working with clients who are looking to discover who they truly are. Are you looking to transform your life from a life of people-pleasing, self-hate, self-sabotage, and low self-esteem to a life where you love, accept, and liberate yourself. I help clients out of their dark dungeons and cages that they have created. I desire clients who are ready to unchain the locks and fly freely into alignment with their true calling, not the life that was handed to them.
