As a seasoned mental health counselor based in Pennsylvania, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I completed my first Masters degree in School Counseling at Saint Vincent College in 2016 and a my second masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2021. I’ve been in the field over the past 8 years offering insight and new views to help others in their counseling journey.
In our first session together, you can expect a welcoming and safe environment where confidentiality is emphasized. Clients are encouraged to share their reasons for seeking therapy, their goals, and any immediate concerns. It's a time for both the client and I to get to know each other and assess compatibility. I hope to make you feel heard and respected, leaving the session with a sense of relief and a clearer path forward. It's also an opportunity for clients to ask questions and clarify any doubts about the therapy process.
