Hi there! I'm Vince! Are you struggling to navigate everything life is throwing at you in the increasingly hectic world? I love exploring deep down the funnel of emotions with my clients using Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral strategies. Together we can tackle your anxiety, depression and the relational issues that come into play that keep you from being your ideal self, whether that be in your relationships, your family, your career, or another important area of your life. Some of my biggest areas of expertise have come when dealing with parenting issues, relationship issues, as well as grief and loss. Often I have found that my clients make significant progress, and are back to feeling like they are back on track within a few sessions. I would love to help you get back on track as well.
In our first session I believe it is important to begin building trust. We will identify issues that you may be struggling with. My goal is for you to leave the very first session feeling hopeful about where you are headed during the therapy process.
The treatment methods I primarily use are person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, but I also utilize attachment focused therapy when working with parents.
My biggest strength is rapport building. I like to call myself the regular Joe therapist. I seem to connect and build trust and rapport effortlessly with my clients. I value the relationships I have made with my clients and that is important to me to be sure that all clients feel safe and secure in the partnership.
I love working with teenage and adult clients. I specifically have had success helping my clients meet their goals when they have been struggling with relational issues, workplace issues, anxiety, and mood concerns.
