I am specifically trained to work with anxiety, depression, spirituality, grief care, family conflict, vocational stressors, life transitions, and trauma. Although I primarily work with POC, I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds. First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked in a hospital environment with many clients, I have learned to apply empathy, patience, respect, and good listening skills. I want nothing more than to see my clients grow and evolve into the people they hope to become.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with great success for the past five years and have extensive training in this approach.
Eclectic
I utilize a myriad of approaches taylored to the client's specfic therapy goals. These approaches include Solution-focused, Acceptance and Committment Therapy and aspects of Dialectical Behavioral therapy.
Grief Therapy
I have been a grief therapist for over 15 years and received extensive training in Grief Care. I have also worked in hospice and end-of-life care.
