Hi there! Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) based in Florida. I received my education and training from the University of Central Florida and have been in the field since 2007. I was influenced by my own experiences and watched people struggle to find help. This is what prompted me to start my journey as a Therapist. My passion to help others is why I'm here today.
In our first session I want to get to know you and give you the opportunity to know me as well. The relationship is important and therapy works better if you feel comfortable with whom your sharing your secrets or truths with. Getting to the root of the problem is crucial to help create a plan to move forward.
Ive been told i'm down to earth, easy to talk to and open minded. During chaos I can keep calm. Seeking therapy can be hard so when you finally do take that first step I want to be that sound board for you. I will listen, educate and hold you accountable with the goals we decide together that will set you up to succeed.
I enjoy working with couples who have lost that spark or maybe you have grown apart after years of being together. Talking about expectations and what brought you together in the first place and how the two of you can work together to move forward or rekindle the romance. I also see those individuals who struggle with life transitions; wether its graduating from college, being deployed and now are adapting to life again or your at retirement age and feel lost. Finding your purpose is important and together we can explore ways to cope and bring joy back into your daily life.

We no longer see Jillian but only because of my husband's work schedule and because things have been smooth sailing with us as a couple. If we ever needed to talk to someone again, we would go to Jillian.
