Welcome! My name is Anna and I am so happy you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have had the great privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life over the past 6 years. Are you an ambitious woman struggling with anxiety and/or sadness? Do you have past trauma from childhood or adulthood that is haunting you, holding you back? Do you often feel stuck or triggered? Missing something or unfulfilled? Life has a way of reopening old wounds and showing us the parts of ourselves that still need healing. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow Regardless of the situation, I believe each person can feel empowered in their journey toward change, and I am committed to working with my clients to find their internal strength and achieve their dreams.
I believe in providing a person-centered and humanistic approach, helping my clients become more self-actualizing and self-fulfilling individuals. My goal is to help you truly learn to love yourself and lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
With a humanistic approach at the heart of everything I do, I utilize an integrative format in my work with clients. I attune to my clients with an emphasis on person-centered, attachment theory, and trauma-informed modalities.
I love working with clients to overcome their traumatic past, heal their inner child, as well as understand and change how they show up in their relationships.

Anna is always 100% focused in the appointment and so good at directing the conversations we have about real-life issues towards understanding the personal psychology at hand. When I have the dots connected, and the tools provided by her, this enables me to address things in life with better outcomes.
