Welcome! My name is Anna and I am so happy you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have had the great privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life over the past 6 years. First session
Our first session together will be all about meeting you wherever you may be in your mental health journey; getting to know what's bringing you to this work, what past and present circumstances you believe are important to share with me, and the changes you hope to gain through this work together. Most importantly, it will provide you a chance to get to know me as a therapist, my style and personality, so that you may explore if I am the right therapist to walk along side you in your journey.
