Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri, with a second License in Illinois. I have a BS in Psychology and received my MSW from the University of St Louis I have been practicing with an LCSW since 1993. I have helped people of all ages struggling with emotional regulation, problem solving, stress, life transitions, anger management, parenting, and burnout to become the best versions of themselves. Together, we would focus on what is helpful and let go of judging what is right or wrong.
In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. I combine research-based techniques with out of the box metaphysical laws, to find the right treatment plan for you.
My foundation is in clinically proven, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I am also a Positive Intelligence Coach, 2nd degree Reiki Master, Transcendental Meditation, Certified Ho’ Oponopono and Shamanic Practitioner. I have extensive experience with Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism Spectrum disorder, Grief, School Social Work, and behavior modification. I have been benefiting from talk therapy, as a client since the early 1990's.

My focus is to provide an environment of unconditional positive regard where you can explore your challenges and reveal your strengths. As your mental health consultant, we would focus on what is helpful and find wisdom and strength from objectively exploring the obstacles your face.
CBT is a clinically proven technique for improving the symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am in the process of certification. CBT has worked for me and is scientifically proven to help 9/10 people who use it. I have benefited from using it for myself and have helped countless clients learn to manage their thoughts and there fore manage their emotions, and therefore change their whole world!
