Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Florida and practicing Counseling and Psychotherapy for more than 40 years. I have a Masters degree in Counseling from Long Island University and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. The individuals I work with are mainly adults whose lives have been negatively impacted by Trauma/PTSD and Anxiety. I am passionate about the work I do and am proud of being able to help individuals by employing sensitive and powerful psychotherapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we will spend some time getting to know each other and feel more comfortable. We will discuss issues to work on, expectations of each other and expectations of therapy. By the end of the session clients should have a clear understanding of what we will be doing from week to week.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with adults experiencing PTSD and anxiety issues for 40 years I have developed a variety of protocols that allow me to work effectively with most clients. I believe that therapy should be kind and gentle - this is especially true with individuals who have experienced severe trauma in their lives.
