New to Grow
My name is Simone Dugal Webster and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a transplant from the field of Religious Studies where I lived and worked with individuals living on Native American Reservations in North America. I have worked in the field of social work for 8 years and I have worked in private practice settings in two states, residential facilities, non-profit and luxury-type rehabs, outpatient as both a Operations Supervisor and therapist, and inpatient psychiatric locked facilities/correctional institutions.
During our first session, we will spend this time exploring your goals for treatment. We will work on getting to know you better and figuring out the best tailored approach to address your unique needs. I am excited to explore all possibilities with you.
I am authentic and true. I “follow the butterfly”. I will hold space, but also challenge you to push outside of your limits. I will always do what is best for you.
Have you tried going to therapy for years, and nothing is really working for you? Have you struggled with staying committed to a program, or maybe faced obstacles with building a therapeutic alliance with your therapist? If this sounds like you, I want to work with you. I especially want to work with you if you have struggled with fitting in, or being understood. We can work together to find the best approach that will suit you, and we can tailor it to your specific needs. I work best with high acuity clients with suicidal ideation. I am committed if you are.
