Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. During this session which is a meet and greet session, the client and therapist will bond, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in this field, for the past 21 years, I have been successful in providing successful therapy by using Person Centered therapy to focus on each individual's own person needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals by providing positive interventions designed to address the various problems encountered by clients that prevent successful adjustments to life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I work with clients in a therapeutic setting in which the client will learn to identify and extinguish self-defeating and negative behaviors.
