Hi I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I graduated from Florida International University with my masters in Psychology and have worked in the field for over 16 years. I love working with adults and adolescents and I am truly passionate about helping people become the very best versions of themselves! I am always more than happy to take on new clients and help them achieve their desired goals in life.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into specific challenges you may be facing. Usually I find clients have a lot they have been holding in and trying to manage on their own so we’ll try to get right in there and explore what’s brought them to therapy. I’ll also be gathering important background information of course! This will help me make a tailored plan for us to work on in follow-up sessions.
Having worked in the field for over 15 years I believe my greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients and work together on building a relationship where I am able to point out and challenge my clients to guide their growth and help them reach their desired potential. My clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, dedicated, relatable and engaged.
I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated for change. My clients are eager to improve but don't have the adequate tools to reach their goals. The clients I typically treat come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life choices including their relationships and unhealthy habits.

Taylor is an amazing support to have. She is very intelligent, personable, funny, and warm amongst other things. I am very grateful to have found her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for guidance. It is especially comforting that she feels more like a wise close friend than anything. I have had countless takeaways from our sessions and it hasn’t even been a year yet. Hopefully I will be able to continue seeing her for as long as possible! (:

I have never stayed in therapy as long as I have, and it’s all due to Taylor’s therapy style. This space feels safe and always challenges me to evolve and grow, often without me even realizing it until time has passed. Together, we’ve celebrated the good moments and embraced the difficult ones. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist, and I will definitely continue working with her for as long as I have the chance. If you're looking for consistency, she’s the person for you!
