New to Grow
I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults facing a variety of life's challenges. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, or relationship concerns, I am committed to helping you develop the tools and confidence needed to create lasting change and improve your overall well-being
Your first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will complete a biopsychosocial assessment to gather information about your current concerns, personal and family history, relationships, health, and strengths. We will also review any onboarding paperwork and assessment tools you completed, including the PHQ-9, which screens for depression symptoms, and the GAD-7, which screens for anxiety symptoms. This session is also an opportunity for you to share your goals, ask questions, and begin building a plan for treatment at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I bring a supportive, encouraging, and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients recognize and build upon their strengths while navigating life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. What makes my approach stand out is my focus not only on addressing symptoms and struggles but also on identifying the resilience, abilities, and resources clients already possess. By combining genuine support with evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s needs, I help clients develop insight, confidence, and practical tools for lasting growth and positive change.
In my practice, I work best with clients who are motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives and are willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process. While therapy provides support, guidance, and tools, lasting growth often happens through the work clients do between sessions. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to self-reflection, personal growth, and developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life's challenges. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply striving to become the best version of yourself, I provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you move toward your goals.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a type of therapy that helps us look at the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Sometimes the way we think about a situation can make us feel worse or lead us to react in ways that keep us stuck. In CBT, we'll work together to notice these patterns, see whether they're helping or hurting you, and practice new ways of thinking and responding that can help you feel better and reach your goals.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is a type of therapy that helps people manage intense emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and make choices that support their goals. In DBT, we'll learn practical skills to help you stay present in the moment, handle difficult situations without making them worse, understand and regulate your emotions, and communicate your needs more effectively.
