Thank you for checking out my profile. My goal is to help you become the best version of YOU that YOU want to be. I provide a positive, compassionate, judgement-free environment that will allow you to be yourself from the very first session. When you are in a session with me, you can expect to feel respected, heard, and understood, all while continuing to address your needs. Every session will be catered to you and your specific challenges at that time. I can help you to address anxiety, symptoms of depression, relationship challenges, workplace struggles, or just the stressors of daily life. Along with anything else in-between. Together we can make you better.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When you complete a session with me, you should feel like you have been heard throughout the session. You will feel as though you are gaining tools to utilize in your everyday life as you continue through your therapy journey. You will feel safe to share the things that are challenging you without feeling judged. While therapy is not an easy process, I will create a space to make you feel safe and supported. I will help you to grow as an individual and assist you in becoming the best version of yourself that YOU want to be.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Everyone is different and therapy should be adjusted for each individual. My therapy approach uses different strategies and techniques that are tailored to your specific issues. I want to make sure you feel like you leave each therapy session with what you need and nothing less. What you discover in the session will help you throughout your everyday life. In order to continue the therapy process outside of sessions, I provide real-life examples to help you to identify when and how you can use what you learn during your sessions. Modalities that I pull from include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Center Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Building the relationship needed for effective counseling is one of my biggest strengths. In order for you to grow in the process, you have to feel comfortable with who you are working with and I create a space that allows just that. From there, I will tailor the therapeutic approach to fit your needs. Through my strengths, I am able to provide you with a one of a kind therapy experience.
