I have many years working with adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with various aging including loss of independence issues.
First session
At our first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and I will start to learn a little bit of your story. What are your strengths? What is your current support system and what are you doing to coping with your stressors currently? I will work with you to explore where you are struggling and feeling stuck/needing change. Together we will work to formulate goals for therapy and healing and check progress throughout your counseling journey.
