In our first session together, here's what you can expect

At the initial visit, we will review child and adolescent history, previous and current mental health symptoms along with past medication, treatments and diagnosis. We will discuss your specific goals and treatment options. Some options include further testing, medication management along with therapy referrals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with a diverse population within the mental health area for the past 13 years, I provide a well rounded, thorough, concise and experienced approach whether the condition is a minor or acute mental health condition/illness. I provide my clients an individualized and wholistic approach when deciding treatment modalities.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a passion for working with clients across the life span- ages 5-65, who struggle with a variety of mental health conditions which includes depression, anxiety, agitation, attentive and behavioral issues, mood disorders, traumatic conditions, severe psychiatric symptoms/psychosis, obsessive/compulsive disorders. Whether symptoms are mild to severe, all clients are treated using an wholistic, individual and non judgmental approach.
