Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that are causing unhappiness in their lives. Through a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, I help clients develop healthier coping strategies, reframe unhelpful thinking, improve emotional regulation, and build practical skills to manage life’s challenges and create lasting positive change.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice to help clients explore their ambivalence to change through a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach. I help clients identify their own motivations, build confidence, and overcome barriers to achieving their goals. My focus is on empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes at their own pace.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use Mindfulness-Based Therapy in my practice to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. By incorporating mindfulness techniques, I help clients develop emotional regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve their ability to stay present. My goal is to empower clients to respond to life's challenges with greater self-awareness, acceptance, and healthier coping strategies.
